Data deletion instructions

Health Tracking Journal (bipolar-tracker.com)

Effective: May 2026

This app is a private personal wellness journal. Use the steps below to remove data from our systems, including data from Facebook, Instagram, or Fitbit / Google Health.

Fitbit / Google Health (in the app)

To delete wearable data we store and revoke our access without emailing support:

  1. Sign in to Bipolar Tracker.
  2. Open Account settings.
  3. Under Fitbit, choose Disconnect.

This removes Fitbit connection tokens and daily activity/sleep summaries from our database and revokes the OAuth token with Google. To remove Google's copy of the authorization, also visit Google Account → Third-party access and remove Bipolar Tracker.
