Effective: May 2026
This app is a private personal wellness journal. Use the steps below to remove data from our systems, including data from Facebook, Instagram, or Fitbit / Google Health.
To delete wearable data we store and revoke our access without emailing support:
This removes Fitbit connection tokens and daily activity/sleep summaries from our database and revokes the OAuth token with Google. To remove Google's copy of the authorization, also visit Google Account → Third-party access and remove Bipolar Tracker.
SMS delivery metadata may be retained by Twilio according to Twilio's policies. Meta may retain Instagram message metadata according to Meta's policies. We cannot delete those copies on your behalf; contact those providers if needed.
The primary account holder can also delete individual journal entries inside the app. For full account removal, use the email steps above.
